Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA)
The Los Angeles MBDA Business Center is a federal business assistance program funded through the U.S. Department of Commerce. In 2022, the MBDA became an official federal department with the mission of assisting Minority Small Business Owners to perfect their business infrastructures in order to scale and actively compete for government, utility and private sector contracts.
Our services include one-on-one counseling, contract sourcing, RFP & RSOQ review and analysis, bid proposal development, customized bid matching strategies, access to markets, training resources, access to capital and networking opportunities. MBDA clients must be 51% minority owned with annual sales of $500,000 or more!
