According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment in the HVAC/R industry is projected to grow 15 percent from 2016 to 2026, much faster than the average for all occupations. We would love to saturate this industry with members of the BIPOC community. People with this HVAC/R foundation are more competitive for entry-level positions in the industry.
