Real estate developer Patrick Jeune got his start as an entrepreneur with a line of credit from Wells Fargo when he was in college. Today, at 30, he’s flipped more than 30 homes and made over $30 million dollars developing real estate in downtown Philadelphia. He also empowers other young professionals through mentorship.

Jeune was the first entrepreneur featured in Wells Fargo’s Empowerful campaign, a cultural engagement platform that launched in 2019. Empowerful celebrates successful individuals in diverse communities who inspire others to achieve their goals.
