Dear Community Solar Champion, 

Thank you for joining the National Community Solar Partnership’s second Annual Summit, “To 5 Million and Beyond: Community Solar’s Pathway to Success”! We were thrilled to be able to explore NCSP’s new target and the pathway to success initiatives with over 600 partners and community solar stakeholders last week. We were also excited to hear from so many incredible speakers, including Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, Governor Jay Inslee (WA) and Governor JB Pritzker (IL), community solar finance experts, technical assistance providers and recipients, and a roundtable of community solar developer CEOs that provided context to and generated considerable energy for these new initiatives.  

Although the Summit is over, the work toward the new target is just beginning and we cannot reach it without you. Here’s how you can join us on the pathway to success: 

1. Join the National Community Solar Partnership (NCSP)! Connect with over 900 community solar stakeholders and exclusive resources and opportunities by becoming an NCSP partner. Partnership is free and open to any individual residing or doing business in the U.S. Additional opportunities to engage in NCSP initiatives will be made available through the Mobilize community.  
2. Register for our upcoming webinar, “Getting to 5 Million: Current Community Solar Market Trends and Pathways to Reach 5 Million Households,” on the latest market data on community solar and how the initiatives on the Pathway to Success can impact future growth. 
3. Apply for technical assistance through the NCSP Technical Assistance program, which offers technical and analytical expertise at no cost to registered NCSP partners.  

 We also hope you’ll check out the recording of the event and resources shared throughout the day. Recordings segmented by session and additional resources are available to NCSP partners on the Mobilize platform.

Finally, we encourage you to sign on to publicly support the new NCSP target. We are all working to support deployment of enough community solar to power the equivalent of 5 million households by 2025, generating $1 billion in energy bill savings. We’re excited to share that we now have over 150 partners publicly committed to the new target! Partners making a public commitment will be featured in NCSP media.
