A tripartite strategic cooperation agreement was signed today at the Ministry of Employment and Labour in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

The agreement includes:

• The Ministry of Employment and Labour, represented by Minister Ferdinand MASSAMBA WA MASSAMBA,

• The Foundation for Democracy in Africa (FDA), represented by President Fred Oladeinde,

• The Syndicate of Christian Support (SEC), represented by Coordinator and Secretary General Reverend Milenge Mwenelwata, Ph.D.

This agreement represents a significant milestone by expanding job opportunities, supporting inclusive employment initiatives, and strengthening national efforts to reduce poverty.

At the signing ceremony, the PAO National Coordinator, serving as the ministry’s technical advisory body, outlined the partnership’s main components and its expected socio-economic impact. Fred Oladeinde, President of the FDA, reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to implementing the agreement and thanked participants for their collaborative spirit.

Minister Ferdinand MASSAMBA WA MASSAMBA emphasized that the partnership is a major step forward, offering significant potential to create jobs and enhance social inclusion nationwide.

Invited guests, institutional partners, and representatives of the participating organizations attended the ceremony.
