RFQ: Prototyping & Manufacturing Services for
the Maryland Energy Innovation Accelerator
The Maryland Clean Energy Center is seeking qualifications from experienced firms, technical service providers, and engineering partners to support
early-stage climate tech startups participating in Maryland Energy Innovation Accelerator (MEIA) programs. This RFQ aims to identify vendors capable of delivering specialized prototyping and manufacturing support services that will help MEIA startups progress from concept to production readiness.
Selected vendors will be pre-qualified to participate in future task orders or project engagements supporting Maryland-based innovators.

RFQ Release Date: Monday, December 8, 2025
Pre-Proposal Conference: Tuesday, December 16, 2025
Deadline for Receipt of Questions: Ongoing
Qualifications Due Date: Friday, January 9, 2026 – Ongoing
Tentative Date of Contract Award: Friday, February 6, 2026
