DCPSC approves modified Pepco rate plan with enhanced consumer protections

The DCPSC has approved a modified version of Pepco’s 2nd Multiyear Rate Plan on an extended pilot basis. The Commission’s decision establishes electric distribution rates in the District for 2025-2026 while also ensuring transparency, accountability, and consumer protection.

Updates and Announcements

  • The DCPSC sponsored the annual Street Sense DC holiday party at the Church of the Epiphany as part of its Good Neighbor Initiative, a favorite activity among staff members.
