Recent Formal Case Action

FORMAL CASE NO. 1169
The DCPSC partly accepted and partly rejected a motion by the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) regarding a study on affiliate costs filed by Washington Gas (WGL). The Commission ordered WGL to meet with AOBA and others to discuss and fix the study’s issues.

FORMAL CASE NO. 1176
The DCPSC addressed several legal motions about Pepco’s application for approval to increase rates through the implementation of a Multiyear Rate Plan. A legislative hearing is scheduled for July 30, 2024, to discuss issues in depth.
