Show Me the Money: Helping MWBE & EJ Communities Access Funding and Capital for Sustainable Transportation: This panel will discuss empowering Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Environmental Justice (EJ) communities to gain access to funding for sustainable transportation and clean energy projects, fostering economic growth and environmental justice.

Equity and Access in Sustainable Transportation: This panel will address issues of equity and accessibility in transportation planning and policy, with a focus on ensuring that underserved communities have access to clean and affordable transportation options.

Best Practices for Community Engagement, Education & Outreach for Sustainable Transportation: This panel will explore strategies for engaging communities in discussions about sustainable options and promoting behavioral change. How can we build business and civic capacity to help share resources, promote policy change, enhance quality of life, and improve health and economic outcomes? How can we ensure to collaborate and participate with EJ communities in a meaningful way?

Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: Workforce Development in Sustainable Transportation: This session delves into workforce development strategies within the sustainable transportation sector. From training programs to career pathways, we’ll explore initiatives aimed at preparing the current and future generations of professionals to lead in creating equitable, accessible, and environmentally friendly transportation systems.
