Inclusive Prosperity Capital (IPC) is pleased to announce two Requests for Proposals to support the implementation of its federally funded ‘Powering America Together’ Solar for All program. We are seeking experienced firms and vendors to help us advance residential-serving community solar and multifamily solar nationwide.

Finance Support and Modeling Services RFP

This RFP seeks to prequalify firms to provide critical financial services, including:

• Modeling support for solar projects serving multifamily affordable housing
• Financial consulting for solar in resident-owned communities of manufactured homes
• Flexible finance resources to support project underwriting and loan documentation across geographies

Impact Reporting and Minimum Household Savings Services RFP

This RFP calls for partners to support the program’s impact measurement and accountability, including:

• Developing methodologies to ensure participating households achieve at least 20% savings
• Supporting ongoing impact reporting for program outcomes
