| Chestertown Community Solar Subscriber Acquisition |
| On behalf of the Town of Chestertown, GreenGen is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Subscriber Coordination and Program Management services for a 1.0 MW AC Community Solar Program and a 1.2 MW AC Aggregated Net Energy Metering (ANEM) Program, respectively. The selected contractor will provide project management, stakeholder coordination, and technical and administrative support throughout the development and implementation phases of community solar projects. Proposals should demonstrate Offeror’s experience managing community solar, distributed energy, or other infrastructure projects of similar scope. Experience working with public-sector clients, including local governments, as well as familiarity with Maryland’s community solar program and regulatory environment is preferred.
