Careers - Rivian

Things are looking peachy at Rivian. The electric vehicle maker is set to break ground at a new manufacturing plant in Georgia in 2022. The $5 billion facility will be east of Atlanta and it will create 7,500 jobs, according to the company. It’s Rivian’s second production facility and they expect to build 400,000 cars a year there starting in 2024, or more than double what they’re making now at an Illinois plant. In its first quarterly report as a public company, Rivian said it’s falling short of its production targets this year due to supply chain issues.

Rivian has just announced a historic manufacturing investment in the State of Georgia. With construction beginning next year, we’ll eventually be hiring over 7,500 workers and producing up to 400,000 vehicles per year. Georgia was chosen after a long selection process for its talented workforce and high concentration of engineers—we’ve already updated our careers page with opportunities in the state! .
