Installing EV charging in Maryland is more affordable than ever. You may qualify for programs that cover up to 100% of your total project costs across fleets, workplaces, retail locations, multifamily properties and more.
Available programs in Maryland include:
- Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) FY26 Commercial EVSE Rebate Program
Receive up to $5,000 or 50% of eligible costs for Level 2 chargers at commercial and multifamily properties on a first-come, first-served basis with applications due June 1, 2026. - Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE): Fleet Make Ready & Charging Rebate
Receive up to 90% of infrastructure upgrade costs and up to $30,000 per site for EV charger purchases and installations. - Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) Fleet Charger Program
Receive up to $5,000 per Level 2 port and $15,000 per DC fast charging port (maximum $30,000 per location), plus up to 90% of electrical infrastructure upgrade costs (up to $15,000).
