DC’s Municipal Investment Fund Project Kick-off and Stakeholder Convening

DOEE, the DC Green Bank and GBCI have partnered to host a series of convenings and workshops as part of the Municipal Investment Fund. This kick-off convening on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, is open to all potential public and private stakeholders interested in assisting DC in the development of it’s MIF Public Private Partnership Plan and learning more about how to utilize the Investor Ready Energy Efficiency (IREE) certification from the GBCI’s Investor Confidence Project (ICP).
