Growing good green jobs for all

In Michigan, Deputy Secretary Julie Su and Vice President Kamala Harris visited a nonprofit that counters racism, poverty and injustice by preparing individuals for good union jobs in growing industries. While there, they discussed how the Biden-Harris administration’s historic progress in infrastructure, manufacturing and clean energy will provide good jobs for workers.

Expanding the nursing workforce and enhancing Registered Apprenticeships

Secretary Walsh visited Connecticut last week, where he joined Rep. Rosa DeLauro at Yale New Haven Hospital for a roundtable discussion to highlight the benefits of Registered Apprenticeship and other workforce training programs in strengthening the nation’s economy.
