The Department of Small and Local Business Development (“DSLBD”) is excited to announce that it will be soliciting applications for the FY24 Business to Business: Service Providers Grant.

The multiple grant recipients will provide services to support other local businesses by offering business development courses, cohort management, and program marketing across several DSLBD programs such as Aspire to Entrepreneurship, Dream Pitch, Food Waste Innovation, and Just Cannabusiness.

The service areas include the following (details in RFA, Appendices B – J)

  1. Proposals for Storytelling and Videography Service Area
  2. Pitch Preparation and Pitch Coaching Service Area
  3. Cohort Management and Wrap-Around Support Service Area
  4. Pitch Day Onsite Event Management Service Area
  5. Pitch Micropayment Provider Service Area
  6. Business Classes and Workshops Service Area
  7. Non-Dilutive Capital Support for Regulated Cannabusiness Businesses
  8. Speakers Bureau Service Area
  9. Innovative Proposals for Services Non-Contemplated by this RFA

DSLBD intends to award grants in amounts between $5,000.00 and $50,000.00 from the $400,000.00 available for direct service provision grants.

Eligibility Applications are due November 21, 2023, at 2 p.m. EST.
